Cameron Highlands Trip (30th - 31st August 2009)

If possible. I must do at least one blog a week. At least ONE. This is to keep my reader(s)/family update with me.

I was in this place last week. This place has:

Beautiful flower(s),


Beautiful scenery,


Fresh vegetables,


Beautiful apartment,


Beautiful interior,


And, a "someone" who looks like me.

You are correct. My title tells all. I was in Cameron Highlands for 2 days and a night with this bunch of very lovely people I truly appreciate so much in my life, my cell group.

I can tell that was one of my happiest moment. Great place, great time, great food, great weather and with great people. I felt myself so "light" in the place.

I got myself tense up after being unemployed for 3 months. Tense up, yes. It was stressful, in a way. Cameron Highlands is a great place for stressful people. It makes me feel so "light". So light to this level, I could FLY in the sky.

We rented a family-van, Kia Pregio and we drove around happily around Cameron Highlands. We visited places like:

Strewberry farm and etc..

Our schedule was a little bit tight. We could not manage to visit every places there. Plus, it was public holiday that time. You can imagine how's the traffic like. =] But it was good enough to visit those places which is-a-must-visit.

We had great steamboat at night at the apartment we rented.

I guess it has become a culture to must-have steamboat when one is in Cameron Highlands. Difference is that.. whether one is doing at home or outside. We decided to do it at home as we find it surely more fun and.. lovely.

Plus, it was also our spiritual daddy, Jackson birthday that day.

We celebrated for him and sang our very own composed birthday song as a blessing to him. Perhaps one day I can do a cover of that song in future.

Christian Book Fair At PGRM

My aunt called me up last Thursday saying that she'll be around at the PGRM for the Christian Book Fair event to sell books. She flew all the way from Sibu, Sarawak.

This was an international Christian book fair. There are Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Malaysia is one of the countries. I was not intend to buy anything there. Just that since my aunt called me up, so I decided to visit her at the place.

By the way, it was a 3 days event, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (28th ~ 30th).

I wasn't free on Friday. And I went on Saturday. At first I thought it would be a mega book fair since it's an international one. In fact, it was a small one. Just right, not too crowded. There were sales at every booth.

I walked from booth to booth looking for my aunt. I walked for 3 times and I gave up. So I dropped her a call.

Me: "hello. which booth are u at?"
Aunt: "I am at airport. Flying back to Sibu in another 2 hours time"
Me: "so quick?"
Aunt: "yeah. i am tired. so i go back first"

My face turned ... =.=|||

And so I went browsing around for myself. Hanging around at Cai Wei's booth where Whitney and Elaine were doing some part time helping her out at the booth.
