I Went Muar For Two Days

Yuu-Hoo.. Oh damn. I checked the date of my previous post. It was June! Holy shit. I had disappeared for nearly a two-month.

No worry. The Proud-To-Be-.. Skinny is doing fine here. Life's good. Food's good. My car is fine. Health's good. Just slightly a little skinnier now (again) according to my parents. They viewed my facebook's photo(s).

My title tells clearly what's my post is going to about. Correct. Trip to Muar. It happened last week on the 30th July until 1st August.

Photobucket

Well. Eventually people are asking me. "Richard, what's so SPECIAL with Muar?" I understand that. Because that was also the first question I happened to ask myself too.

"What is so special with Muar?"

Photobucket

First thing. I can't deny that Muar is clean. It is still rather green and blue. Green and blue as in I can still seeing trees all around and the sky is crystalline-blue. But that does not make Muar special.

What actually makes it special was because we were there.

Photobucket

Sometimes it is not the place itself that makes the place special. It is the person who you are with at that particular place that makes the whole place special and interesting.

Photobucket

Appreciating Han, his family and the pets for their warming hospitality. It has been a while since I last heard roosters crow(?) in the morning.

Photobucket

That's him, Han. Don't mind him doing that. I bet it is common to see that in Muar. They learnt from monkeys. [Just joking].

By the way there's one place in Muar where it is full of monkeys. Bring some bananas and they will all be approaching you. Some are pretty fierce.

Photobucket

Yoo. I can tell it is a female. Wanna bet?

The monkey-place was the first place we visited. And there's a huge river nearby which makes me to think that there's a beach in Muar.

Photobucket

Trust me. It's not a beach. It's a river. City boy has never sees such a huge river and I was standing at the river bank! CoOl`..

Just as I've said. Muar is still pretty green and blue. The river is rather clean to me. At least I didn't really see rubbish floating around on the river or by the bank. Unlike Rajang River in Sibu.

We took another 5 minutes walk and we reached to another spot.

Photobucket

We missed our childhood. So randomly played around at the play ground. =.=

Photobucket

I bet that's the trademark for Muar. A durian. Sadly, I don't eat durian. All because it is really smelly to the max!

Remember the river? There's a jetty where tourist can take a boat ride.

Photobucket

Rm 10.00 per pax. And it was my pleasure to accelerate the boat.

Photobucket

Hello.. Hello..

Photobucket

Man, am damn Good!

Photobucket

Na. I was joking. He was the real captain of the boat. I am his assistant only. Still, am damn Good!

Not just that!

Photobucket

We visited Melacca too! Gosh, killing two birds with only one stone.

Photobucket

We actually followed Han's church here. There was this church activity bringing Youth outstation for trip at night. CooL!

I understand that am no longer a youth. Hey, but i behave like a youth! roAr!

Photobucket

Oh yay! am damn Youth!

Photobucket

Lol.Basically. That's round up for 2 days trip to Muar.

After the two-day, everyone got infect by my Proud-To-Be-Skinny-ME disease.
