Foo-Chow Tast (?) 福州风味 (?)

Yesterday (16.10.2011) I was brought to this cafe shop which was told that it serves Foo-Chow cuisine. I am a Foo-Chow, an authentic one I can tell. My grandparents are Foo-Chow. My grandpa from China. My parents are Foo-Chow n' Hokkien mixed. I speak Foo-Chow. My mother cooks damn good Foo-Chow dishes.

So I was rather anticipating to try the Foo-Chow food. That was after church service. And before that Lee Fuan told me that she's going to bring me to taste Foo-Chow fish ball after the church service. I was like... Foo-Chow fish ball?! Did my grandparents or my parents missed out something. Why Foo-Chow fish ball?! I gave LeeFuan a weird look.

I came to the shop. It was a rather old shop. And the interior pretty looks like those cafe shops back in Sibu, Sarawak.

I told Lee Fuan. I have never heard before Foo-Chow fish ball. Foo-Chow well known dish would be Foo-Chow 红酒面线 or .. Foo-Chow noodles. I was RIGHT. That shop serves Foo-Chow 红酒面线 and Foo-Chow noodles. AND, Foo-Chow fish ball which to me I am still finding it awkward.

Anyway, I ordered Foo-Chow noodles.

And. Please clarify me. That is Wantan-Mee in KL or in any other states in West Malaysia or Foo-Chow noodles?
